The number of FSBO's compared to the total properties for sale has increased according to a variety of knowledgeable opinions found on the internet.

The usual percentage of FSBO's to realtor listings is less than 15%. Today, it appears the numbers of FSBO's are reaching 50% to 55% of the total residential properties currently on the market. That depends on the location, of course.
